Beavers

The beaver can create floods and/or stop water. Either can cause damage by flooding basements, stopping the flow of water to crops or plug up a culvert making a road impassable.
Skunks

Skunks are not known to be aggressive but the risk of getting sprayed is enough for most people to have them removed.
